You could become lactose intolerant from being pregnant you might need to take an alternative vitamin or ask the docter if you can take a lactose before eating dairy products and if your stomach doesn't get upset then you know what it was.

Dairy can cause upset but it could just be reflux or depending on how the baby is and how ur carrying it could just be the pregnancy. Suggestion take zantac 75 and see if it goes away or dont have dairy for a few days and see if it goes away. I had a bad case of digestion when i was pregnant and lived on zantac 150 2 times a day for 2 months till my son was born. Hope it helps. Good luck

As a pregnant woman's uterus expands it pushes on our other organs and can cause more stomach upset/diarrhea/heartburn/gastric disturbance/constipation than ever before. It can be triggered my anything. Most often dairy causes constipation that can cause bloating and cramping and stomach upset. I'd speak with your OB if it tends to only happen with dairy. You could have developed a lactose intolerance.

Treating Diarrhea During Pregnancy
If you do come down with diarrhea during pregnancy you'll want to make sure you remain hydrated. Be sure to drink plenty of water or hydrating fluids like Gatorade. Bland foods that can help bind and resolve mild cases of diarrhea include rice, toast or bananas. Be careful you don't consume too much of these products however, as you might find yourself constipated in a few days.

If you ever experience diarrhea accompanied by pain or fever you should be sure to contact your healthcare provider immediately. The same is true if you notice that your stool contains mucous or blood in it. This is a sign that something more complicated is happening that may require treatment.

Your stomach and taste buds totally change when you are pregnant. I was sick through my entire pregnancy with my oldest daughter when I smelled beef cooking and I love my red meat. It's hormonal, it will go away eventually. Don't be upset if it lasts the whole time. Good Luck.
