The main difference is that the Air Force is more technical than the other services. Think about it all those planes and everything. They call Air Force grunts "tarmac soldiers" cause they generally don't go out in the boonies.

The air force is one of the best , followed by the Navy and the USCG. You will learn alot and meet semi smart people. I was a Security Forces Member and I enjoyed it alot, I 'm thinking about reenlisting. The Air Force Jobs are more like civilian jobs

heres the basics, big planes, big guns, big weapons, big machines. Just check out the airforce website, they have all the info. you have to be extremely fit, the training will be more harsher than basic army boot camp training, you got to be top condition at all times. I suggest you go pliot for the helicoptor, because the black hawk rocks!

I think you need to get at least a bachelor's degree in something before you can join to become a pilot. Then you go through training and if you don't drop out of thier course....then you become one.

you first have to decide what you want to do in the air force, be a desk Jockey IE admin, cook, driver... or reach for the sky and be an engineer working on the aircraft... or be a pilot, crew chief ... but you should know you can be and aircraft engineer in the army , navy or air force... so it's really more to do with what you want to do, what you want to learn and how you want to better yourself... they can't do that for you.....
