You refering to the one with an F-14 standing on one wingtip with the caption stating that the pilot was busted?

If so, the caption is BS and the pilot was conducting an airshow. The guy on the deck with his hands clasped behind his back is Admiral Jay Johnson, immediate past Chief of Naval Operations for the USN. The woman to his left is carrying a child in front of her. Dale 'Snort' Snodgrass was flying and the ship is USS America. Snort is retired from the USN now and flies classic fighters at air shows.
