Is tiggers are wonderful things!
Their tops are made out of rubber;

Yes I have on Winne the Pooh all the time He is a Tigger not a tiger, big big difference between the two. There are alot of tigers in the world, but only One Tigger. Nice Question though.

I think yoov missed thepoint of Tigger. Tigger doesnt know what he is or what he can do till he tries. All cats bounce by the way.

First of all he is not a tiger He is a tigger, just like piglet is not a pig but a piglet what pig do you see walk on two feet or do you see rabbits with social anxiety like rabbit also it's a cartoon that might be why
