I am thinking about getting a body perm, But my Sister says that every time she has this done it comes out to curly and that she has to set her hair in medium to large size rollers every time she washes her hair,
However her hair always looks great after she has taken her rollers out ( please note her stylist uses large rods to perm her hair)

If I get a body perm in my hair I am quite happy to wear rollers if it makes my hair look as good as my sisters. But what would be the best type of hair roller to sleep in as I do not have much time in the morning to get ready for my work. I do not want to use foam or velcro rollers.

I also do not like sponge rollers as it takes too long for my hair to dry in them and makes it look to poofy

Try using salon type plastic mesh rollers with a good triangular setting net or scarf tied around them to keep trhem in place whilst you are sleeping, It will take a while to get used to sleeping in them but will be worth the effort in the morning
