I've used FolderSizes, which is good but not quite good enough to pay for. I'd like a neat little utility that ranks the biggest folders so that I can home in on things that are wasting space and tidy them. Any ideas?

Windows, by the way.

On the PC itself. Search is fine but sometimes when there's a lot of stuff there you need to see it neatly organised into its directory structure - and search doesn't do that. It also doesn't search for folders by size - only files (I think)

I've not tried this program but it got good reviews on tucows downloads, and the screenshot looks great

i have a utility built into v-com system suite called size manager, and i like it allot, so i understand your desire for this type of program. but to buy and install v-coms antivirus and firewall suite package just for that would be silly, so i looked this one up for you.

you may also look up more of them on tucows, use the key words "Directory Size", there is so many you would fill your hard drive trying them all.

Good Luck

I use "Diskstate".
Works very nice, shows you biggest folders/files on PC, and even have the option to look for duplicates.
This is really a nice application.
