Does anyone know where I can get/make a template for a birth chart?

I don't even need it to be strictly astrological... I just need to know how to make a circle cut up into 12 equal pieces, with a free program. It would be better, of course, if there was a program that allowed me to easily insert the houses and planets, but it's not necessary. Let me know. Thanks.

Go to office.microsoft.com and click on templates ... you can search there ... They have one called 'baby growth chart'.
