I am interested only in non-artificial sweeteners, i.e., those extracted directly from natural source and not refined. I am also interested in why you believe a particular natural sweetener is better than another (nutritional or taste reasons). If you know anything about its composition and the sweet components, sugars, or sugar-like analogues it possesses, I'd be interested in that too! I enjoy honey but have seen mixed messages about just how good it is for you compared with regular sugar, so I'd like some other opinions. Thanks!

Some like Stevia, but I can't stand the taste of it. Prefer honey, or doing without sweetener of any kind when I can.

imagine of a sugar cookie and a chocolate chip cookie with out the chips (basically the cookie section.) The sugar cookie is produced from in hardship-free words white sugar, even as the chocolate chip cookie is produced from a mixture of white and brown sugars. Brown sugar provides better of a caramel flavor, that's extremely outstanding even as that's what you elect. White sugar provides a lighter flavor and is giant even as that's what's needed. it extremely relies upon on what you elect.

For an "All Natural" sweetener nothing can beat BEE-SPIT.
Nothing comes close to Honey for its "Natural" appeal, or for its sweetness.
