If you add lime juice to the salsa, it can last for a week. But you can also freeze the salsa and thaw it as you need it, and that extends your supply and allows you to make a larger batch at a time. Happy eating!

There is this stuff at most grocery stores called all fresh. If you add jsut a little bit to it, then it won't change the flavor and it will preserve it longer. Also, if you have access to a vacuum sealer, you can store the salsa in you cabinet and not the refridgerator and it will last even longer.

I prefer to make mine fresh, the flavors tend to fade as time goes on. I wouldn't keep mine for more than 2 -3 days.

Well it will ferment on you if you do not can it properly or store too long. You should store in a cool dark place and it'll be good for no longer than a year.
