You have a problem. CCAPPS is a spyware trojan program. You won't find it on your hard drive - it's skulking in the depths of the registry. A Yahoo! (of course!) search should give more details and removal methods. You might also try here ...

Ok, this could be the problem of many reasons. First of all, check your RAM. If your RAM is too small then it will always do that. Try closing the programs before you shut down. Hope this helps!

ccApps is a start-up item - the command is winlogon.exe. It is a WORM. You will have to rectify the problem with a good virus remover. When you try and shutdown, the program will still be running - try this:-

try using controll. alt. deete pressing them at the same time a window pops up just end the task thats not responding that should help i hope

mine does exactly the same ,,"programme not responding " ive been advised to have windows xp home edition installed again ,,,

I think you need to system restore. I think if you a warrante from computer company and call them they will help you with the promblem.

the main possibly difficulty with that's that there is a pandemic on your notebook i could reccomend which you fix the date lower back till now it began to do it and then replace your antivirus
