Some symptoms would be belching and gas, bloated feeling, nausea/vomiting, pain in the upper right quadrant of your abdomen, pain in your back (between shoulder blades), tenderness when pressing your abdomen (rebound), and generally feeling like crap especially after a large or fatty meal.
