Actually, while neither is really good for you as it has no nutritional value, diet is better. They did an experiment at the middle school where my dad used to work and 1 can of regular coke has 1/2 cup of sugar when dehydrated. Equal and Splenda is not as bad for you as a lot of people want you to believe. I have been drinking diet pop for years and have never gotten sick from it and neither has anyone that I know that drinks diet pop. Every doctor that I have ever asked said it is a bunch of bull about all the crap going around on the internet about the supposed dangers.

Neither. Regardless of diet or regular, they still have caffeine. People ask me, "Well, what about caffeine-free and sugar-free?" I then answer, "How desperately do you need to drink soda?"
Carbonated water is better, and comes in lots of yummy flavors.
By the way, several years ago I lost over 100 pounds and have kept the weight off, and it all started when I eliminated soda from my diet.

Regular. This is because diet sodas dont have sugar so your body still needs the sugar. In turn, you end up eating more food to fill in for the sugar that u did not get. So even though it may have less calories u end up taking in more because u eat more. Also, artificial sweeteners are not always good for you. I am only 14 but trust me, i am right.

Neither because the carbonation in conjunction with the sugar is the major cause of osteoporosis in women. However, Diet soda contains no sugar but it does screw up your immune system because it is made with chemicals to taste sweet. Regular soda contains about the equivelent of 12 teaspoons of sugar. If you are going to continue to drink soda, drink regular. When your body tells you it has had enough sugar, listen to it and stop drinking it.
