I would like to know what I need to start-up my homebase instruction art workshop, using Webcam tools and Software availible on the open market. And, is there a website out there that provides all the info on this subject without a fee. My point is: I want to teach and demonstrate how to paint fine art with Acrylic paints, for a fee, using the Webcam online/internet system. Can anyone outhere help me get started?

Are you talking interactive or video? 'Cause I don't think a webcam has enough resolution to make a decent video, especially because of its wide-angle lens.

Great idea though, and good fortune with it. Why not check out the audio-visual department at your local high school or college and see if you can get it done for free for someone's project?

You can scan the wall with denatured alcohol. Put den. alcohol on fabric then rub the wall. If the paint begins coming off you already know that it's latex. Oil centered paints is not going to come off with den. alcohol. Also, it's regularly pleasant to prep the subject you're portray with a few style of primer. If the wall is oil base, I might use an oil base primer to color over the wall. Then you'll paint with latex over that. Then the layout. If you utilize acrylic water-centered paint on an oil centered wall it's going to peel.
