Because she loves you. You should be grateful that she chooses to be with you and show her love for you.

Cats have glands in their face. When she is rubbing against you she is "marking" you to let any other cats know that you are "hers".

That is his or her way of showing you that they love you and that they feel safe with you. I also read somewhere on the internet that when cats rub on their owners, it is a sign of friendship. And the bathroom thing, well my cat does that too. I guess they do that to keep us company? I am not sure.

the cat is only showing its love to you ,but if you don't like your cat doing this all you need to do is push him/her off the bed or you and if the cat comes back keep on pushing him or her off and eventually your cat will get board of you pushing him or her off and sometimes after doing it night after night he/she will realize that you don't want him/her on you and find some where else to sleep. if your in the bathroom just keep throwing him/her out of the bathroom or if you don't have a door than push him/her off of you and keep doing it. i really hope this will help you.
