You can do what ever you like in buddhism. The only request of Buddhism is that you practice awareness.

The word allowed doesn't enter into Buddhism. Whatever you're into you're into-the only one who deals with the negative consequences of your actions is you.

No kind of smoking or taking anykind of drugs is not allowed in Buddhism.

I don't believe the issue is addressed. But how do you expect to find Enlightenment if you insist on polluting your mind and body with such things?

Technically no. Buddhist believe in not putting chemicals into their body because it would alter their consciousness and delay the path to enlightenment. The 5th precept says no.
