Cattle rustling was not a capital crime. So unless you find a vigilante with a rope and a keen sense of history and disregard for his own life... no.
Lynchings did happen, but they weren't legal.

No, you do not have to be hung to rustle cattle. You don't even have to be male. But you may be hanged if you're caught at it in some states.
