Checking with the American Motorcycle ***, it is against thelaw in all 50 states. ATV stands for all all train but that dont count highway.

Actually it is illegal. Some policemen will let you by with it depending on where you are. I have heard of people getting ticketed when they pulled into their own driveway. Not too many years ago, we rode on public roads and no one cared but I would say that it would be best to keep it in the dirt. Now expecially with deer hunting season in for the next week.
