In the Google search bar, I typed: chinese barbecued pork
There are a number of links to the recipe. I believe I have the recipe for the sauces traditionally served with the barbecued pork...

"Chinese Mustard" - Stir 1/2 cup boiling water into 1/2 cup dry English mustard. Add 1 tsp. salt and 4 tsp. salad oil.

"Red Sauce":
6 tbsp. catsup
6 tbsp. chili sauce
2-4 tbsp. horseradish
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash tabasco sauce

Combine and mix well.
