Tone my legs, arms and stomach, but not going over board looking like a man. I'm weigh 130 and need help with a plan much to lift and how to eat.

You should do long distance swimming at a city pool. It will create more definition in your muscles esp upper body and help you lose weight. It will not help you gain any muscle mass so if you want things bigger you need to do short reps with heavy weights.

Get that thing that you put on your stomach or where it has the strap and you put the gel one, and it makes you loose weight. Who the hell knows what crap it does to your body, but it makes you look good and loose weight!
