There's no way around more chemicals if you want the highlights out. Unless you're just going to let them grow back out. Which will take forever.

There is no way to remove highlights except to let them grow out...or color your hair. To cover highlights growing out I would recommend Redken Shades...it professional...a demi permanent color that does not change the natural color of the hair...its just a soft wash to help "disguise" the highlights while they are growing out. Also have you hair trimmed every four weeks to speed up growth and help rid you hair of the highlights.

Well once you highlight your hair, your hair has been stripped of the original color;being you cant have that color stripped out.So your only 2 options would be to just let them fade out,or redye your hair back to its original color.I had a brown "Skunk" highlight, and I didnt like it all that much,so what I did was when it faded out,I bought another hair dye and dyed my hair back to original color.

well then you have to either grow them out or put another color over it. go to a stylist, less trauma to your hair. i wanted mine out, she put a black rinse over it, i have to repeat it every few weeks but i like it better than having blond highlights in my hair.

The only ways to get rid of them is to dye them back to your original colour or to give them time to grow out (gradually trimming them out as your hair grows)...that could take a long time!

You can't remove highlights all you can do is dye over it or add more highlights.

if you don't want to add color the only thing to do is wait patiently for it to grow out. especially if you've bleached it out!

you could either get your hair dyed back to its naturally color, or have then stripped out.
