What have you done about it so far? This may help pare down the answers you get. Some headaches are caused by dehydration. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Tylenol with aspirin can help, too. The throbbing you get from a headache is from the capillaries that are bringing blood to your scalp and head areas. The Tylenol helps thin your blood a little so that it throbs less. Personally, I think Excedrin is a better headache medicine. It has caffeine, though, so it's not for everyone. Hope this helps!

migraine is a disease of overexcitability of the brain....and glutamate/gaba imbalance. (glutamate is excitatory and GABA is inhibitory)

you are over-exciting your brain...apparently... and it's sensitive to this stimulation. there are a lot of preventative migraine drugs out there that raise gaba and lower glutamate (gabapentin, tegretol, gabatril, depakote) or you can take pills to make the migraines go away called "triptans" - i.e. imitrex, maxalt, etc...

Also, you may not be getting migraines... they may be vascular headaches caused by blood pressure issues... see a neurologist about it.

Actually, I had a similar problem during sex... turned out to be high blood pressure. Go get it checked, cause if it is HBP and uncontrolled it can lead to a bunch of nasty problems like heart disease and stroke.
