Stormy and Thunder, Thunder and Lightning, Domino and Checker, or Pebble and Rocky. Sorry nthose are kinda dumb, but i can't really think of any good ones without actualy seeing what they're like for myself. Go on the internet and search baby names or pet names. There are plenty of links that show good names for twins, good color names, and there are even sites where you can type in a meaning and names with that meaning will come up. Search around.

How about naming them after the identical twin football players Tiki Barber and Ronde Barber (Tiki & Ronde).
Of course there's the usual (Fred & Barney), (Tom & Jerry), (Bugs & Daffy).
Since they are kittens (chances are they were born close to Halloween), so you could name them Monster & Devil.

Different things that the kittens do can be good names. For example. If your kitten, likes to paw at stuff, think of somethign that involves pawaing ro the word paw.
