buy a package of good seasoning zesty Italian dry mix seasoning at your supermarket. follow the directions on the package. delicious!
i use 2 packages and then follow the rest of the directions. purchase a good seasoning salad dressing bottle to use. refrigerate! the seasoning will settle at the bottom so take a teaspoon and use the non-spoon end to stir the mixture then close the top and shake well. when your liquid dressing is reduced add some oil and vinegar in the same portions as directions required. you should not have to add more dry seasoning the second time!
enjoy!

Here is a good recipe I don't have exact amounts for the ingredients it depends on how much of what ingreident you want.
Combine olive oil and lemon juice. Whisk together. Add garlic plus salt and pepper if desired. Add as much lemon juice and garlic that you feel is needed. You can also add oregano if desired.
Good luck and enjoy!!!!
