Absolutely, though the procedure is quite expensive and not covered by insurance. That being said if you send me your location (general) I can give you the name of a good plastics guy for consult. I am telling you right now though dont bother if you are not ready to spend upwards of 7000 on this one...

Not likely. However, you can disguise a too-high forehead by combing hair over it in a side bang.
