Hopefully you pulled the Prom chip out of the old ECM and installed it correctly into the new ECM. Won't start without that. Other than that, it ought to start and run right away. It does have an idle learn procedure, but that won't keep it from starting

It should start right up but may have to be "taught" to idle correctly.
