Don't pop them...this will cause them to get worse...You could get proactive or even use toothpaste....Right before u go to bed apply just enough toothpaste to cover the bump....don't wash off....sleep with it left on the bumps...When u wake up in the morning wash the toothpaste off...do this until they are completly gone...And yes acne is stress related...but can also be caused from "that time of the month" or puberty!!!! You'll just have to deal with it....it happens to the best of us!!!!

It is normal for a girl your age to start getting pimples. Sorry to tell you but your're in puberty and the stress dosn't help. Don't pop them until there is a white head. IF you dont wait it will create scars. You can go to any store and try some exfoliating scrubs for your face and wash it twice daily. IF this does not work you can go to your dermatologist and get a stronger medication to keep your face clear of pimples.

You can get break outs from stress, hormonal changes or weather changes. Sounds like you need to start some type of 3 step system - Try Clinique or ProActive - used both and they both work this will keep your skin clean and prevent break outs.
good luck and it may get better as you age 14 is bad age for breakouts. do not pop- this will cause scars and pits.

NO! don't pop them! that's the worse thing you can do. You're young you're meant to get them cause you're at that age where girls and boys get them. You can go to a dermatologist if it gets bad but for now just wait use stuff over the counter to treat them. No it's not stress and it's not the way you eat or anything it's just life and the way it goes. Don't worry about it and don't touch your face!

Try this.
BEFORE SLEEP: When washing face, use oil free soap or face wash and rub hard on your face for about 5 minutes, focusing on the pimples. (not THAT hard but hard enough.. ) then rinse it off real good with cold water. repeat that for about 3 times. and the third time, after rinsing, dry off the water on your face by letting it dry. You'll feel real clean. then put on your skincare product then have a gooooood nite sleep.
MORNING: wash your face like above, but only once. -> skincare -> easy on the make up!

I don't know if this will work for you, but it did for me and i stopped breakin out and only got one or two pimples when i was extremely tired. everytime i'd get pimples, i used my method and it went away in about 2 days. So try it! it doesnt hurt to try.
Oh! and it should start showing progress in 2-3days. :)
good luck~

Acne is a normal thing that everyone has, have gotten in the past, or will get. It could be a sign of stress or not cleaning your face well enough. Acne is not always preventable, but using acne treatment could help.

Oh, your going through puberty, don't pop 'em, if u do, you'll get black heads. Buy some Clearasil or Pro-topic and clean your face more than usually. P.S I'm 14 too, so I should know!

DON"T POP THEM< IT CAUSES MORE!!!!!!!!!! go to the dermetologist, you hormones are changing, you are going to get them whether you like them or not; she will safely pop them and perscriped some washes and creams that are stronger than the stuff that you buy at the store
