my 22 year old cousin has a really bad disease and the doctors dont know what it is. he is paraliyzed and cant walk, but he can talk and move his hands. he is getting better but i wanna know what it is

ask an adult person, or better still ask your cousin. if they won't tell you all you can do is be glad he can use his hands and talk .the doctors will be doing tests to find out the cause ..did he have an accident , a fall ? be patient for a while and it will become clear what the problem is
