At any Government level problem is the bad management and corrupt politicians. I will never raise the taxes unnecessarily. We are already paying too much direct and indirect taxes.Unfortunately in a democratic society public has gotten passive.They have to weedout rogues from the state. MPs,ministers and high level oficers/politicians should have no immunity of any kind. If we as a people can achieve this there would be no public problem. Tax collection amounts to billions of dollars and must be spent each penny very wisely and honestly.

You might get more answers if you tell us what "public problem" you're talking about. There are a lot of public problems. I for one wouldn't mind my taxes being raised to help on some of them, but not on others.

Never! Taxes are too high already. Many so called "public problems" were caused by governmental meddling in the first place.

it is not necessary,have many different ways to fix the public problems without raise taxes
