I dont know what your diet is like, but if you cut down your carbs (i.e. bread), fried foods & sugar, you'll start to lose weight. Btw, when you eat bread, potatoes, or rice with a meal, you gain weight (unless you're one of the lucky ones or you burn it off). Just want to clarify, I am not recommending atkins diet. I think its wrong to completely eliminate carbs from your diet. You need it for normal brain function...just decrease the amount. Nutritionists typically recommend eating meat with a salad..and eating fruits in between meals, not right after eating rice. You should eat a couple times per day, to speed up your metabolism. If you eat once a day, you're actually going to gain weight. My last word of advice on diet, do not eat after 6 pm. Its hard to lose weight. When you start gaining, it gets frustrating and you go on an eating frenzy. Been there and done that. But tough it out. You'll be ok. If you can, try going to the gym and do aqua aerobics (preferably in a aqua class)...it helps you relax and you lose a lot of weight because of the resistance in the water (and its very easy too) so you could stick at it longer. Trust me, it gets addicting because you get so relaxed. After that, spend a little time in a sauna. I personally cant stand the dry sauna, so I go to the wet one for not more than 20 minutes (if you do go to a sauna, keep your eyes closed because the heat can damage your eyes). The sauna helps cleanse the body, makes your skin better & helps you lose weight. Good luck :)

Well, the rich can hire personal trainers to be by their side 24/7, whipping them into shape. She no longer eats any junk food and limits her carbohydrate intake as well. She would have to work out for a minimum of 2 hours a day (high intensity) in order to look as she does now, so soon after having a baby. She did that within the tme span of a month.

Nearly all celebrities do a version of the low cal low carb Kimkins Diet. This is how Kate Hudson got ready for a movie a few weeks after having a baby.
Keep in mind that there's a lot of Adobe Photoshop in those pics.

She had a mini tummy tuck after her first baby not sure if she did after this one but most likely. She is so skinny already. First she is still young and when you are young you bounce back quicker and she has the money to have a personal trainer. Then again I am not sure how much she gained from her pregnancy by the look of her probably not much.

first fo all it isn't ovbernight the media just makes u think it is
but the way they do this is they have good diets personal trainers and a huge staff of people telling them how to do things right and wronog andhwo to do it healthily so unless u have a lot of money for these people ur prob gonna have to learn about how getting a good diet and an exercise plan.

when i had my daughter i was back in my pre pregnancy size 6 after having my daughter careful eating tonnes of exercise drinkin 4 litres of water everyday 4 small meals a day i had a wonderful healthy baby 8lbs+ so you can tell i certainly eat plenty it can be done so easily then careful planning with clothes wear a corsset under your clothes vertical pin stripes belt going accross your waist all trick people into maker you look thinner............
