The dress we wear sometimes identify us on what we believe.
Or better still, on who we are, our identity.
Nuns are identified with the Catholic Church and Faith.
Hijabs identifies the women as muslims.
So, we should all respect each other's dressings and freedom should be granted to those who wish to portray what they belief in public.

I have to ask you this, even if you are going to hate for it, I must to understand.
Do you think the clothing is what gives them chastity, purity, and modesty, not what they believe in and how they live their life!?
Why do you judge other of how they dress and at the same time ask others not to judge the Muslim women who chose to wear the hijab? You are judging them as well.
Why aren't men wearing the hijab? they don't need the Chasity, purity and modesty?!
In some Muslim countries, the Muslim women don't have the choice, they have to wear it, or the morality police will punish them.
Have you heard of the news story about the girls who were burned alive, because the police refuse to let them out, the reason is they didn't have the proper head dress! true story. Look it up, in Saudia. I thank that was the ultimate punishment. Don't you agree. May they rest in Peace.
Not all the Muslim countries like that, but sadly it happened.

The Muslim women are dress like the Nuns, not the other way around. Who came first! the Christians or the Muslims! get my point.
That said. Have you ever seen a Nun covering her face, and every inch of her skin including her hands for the fear that someone might se her skin or even eyes! No.
The Christians are not bashing the dress code itself, it is how people view of how a woman must dress.
Chastity! Purity!!! are you saying that if a woman is showing her hair and she modestly dress, she is not pure! Don't you see that you are judging others by the way they dress, and at the same time asking other not to judge the Muslim women by the way she dress!
They are not punished! I hope you are right, altough you are not. Saudi Arabia for one, the woman doesn't have the choice, she must cover up, not up to her. I personally do respect free will, but I don't see it applies in this situation, at least not all the time.
You see in some Muslim countries the woman has the choice, but others they don't. Not all women!
With all due respect, just my opinin. You asked a question, and those are my thoughts about it. I don't care if she is wearing the hijab or not, up to her, but the niqaib is a bit too much, and it is not even in the Quran. They say the eyes are the window to the soul. How would I know that person is smiling to me, or giving me the dirty look is she, or maybe it could be a He! how would I know! I like to see the face and the eyes, so as I know I am speaking to friendly face, but it is still her choice.
ADDED INFO:
Good question. That was just my opinion, I never disrespect a person for any reason, including for how they dress. It is up to them, not mine.
I know covering the eyes and face is not required as I stated before, but some people wants the woman to think it is. Again, none of my business, up to her.

Good question. I'm a Muslim im not forced to wear a hijab i do by choice. The reason they see Catholic nuns and Islamic women differently is simply there own prejudice...the beginning and end of it. No other reason than that.

Excellent point.Muslim women wear the Hijab by personal choice because Islam promotes personal freedoms. At this point in time Muslims are a easy target for abuse.

in christianity It is a dress code for prople who are devoted. But in islam it is a practice in some areas, they wear it when they go out, so it is used as cover not as a dress and it is often imposed by adults in the family. See you dont see most muslim women dont wear it in western countries, so it is sign of "no freedom".

Same old idea.
Old Christinas covered their women up too. You see christianity, like Islam is about empowering men over women.

It's different: nuns dress like just like priests dress about the same way. Nuns have decided to sort of retire from life. Women are supposed to be active, just like men. So, it's different.
