You can just use a brow pencil or some dark shadow (applied with a thin brush) that's a little darker than your natural color and fit it right into your make-up routine.
Try not to 'draw' your eyebrows with the darker color, just lightly fill in, then blend.
It'll be cute.

First off, black hair is really attractive, in my opinion. ;)
If you dye your hair black, it's probably a good idea to also dye your eyebrows black, especially if their natural colour is a light brown or something even lighter.
You need to be very careful when dying your eyebrows, however, because some dyes will cause your skin to become irritated, and they may also irritate your eyes. Use caution when applying it. I suggest you use a cue-tip (or several) to apply the dye to your eyebrows. This insures that the dye is being applied to ONLY your hair, and not your eyes or face.
Leave the dye on your eyebrows for several minutes. You will need to take special care to rinse the excess out after the application, because you don't want any falling into your eyes later, in the event you get caught in the rain or something. There should be detailed instructions on the side of the bottle of dye. Be sure to follow them carefully.
Good luck on your new colour! I have been debating whether or not to colour my own...

if u put dye on your eyebrows and it drips in your eyes u could go blind. i would get a beautician to do it. its not worth the blindness to have black eyebrows. then u wouldn't know if u liked the outcome or not. they have kits u can buy at beauty supply stores for professionals to use.

If you're going to dye your eyebrows, you really really need to go to a salon. if it accidentally drips into your eyes, you could go blind, or have some eye problems at least.
Anyways, your eyebrows would be back to brown in like a few weeks anyways, so, you'd have to continuously do it.
My suggestion: black eyeliner (pencil, not liquid) to add colour to your brows.

Sure you can. I darken mine. I use the special color made for lashes and brows. I have used hair color many times. Make sure the color is thick and won't run easy, apply only on your brow hairs and try to avoid the skin around it, if you get any on the skin, wipe it right away with a Qtip. Leave on about 10 15 minutes and wipe off well and wash your face when done.

NO! When they grow out (they grow faster than you think) you are going to look like a goober with lighter roots on your brows. And as for going dark...DONT!!! Box colors use metallic based dyes for dark coloring..this means that when you decide to go any other shade whether its professional or box color its going to pull green....Its fixable but a disaster.
