I need some words that a male grown gentelman of that time would use, like what they called there parents, how to start a lettler to a family memeber, what certain items were called..... and so on. Thanks!

As odd as the language may seem to you, it is considered modern English. It is different mostly because spelling was a hit or miss proposition and because they exhibited some form of behavior called manners, somewhat foreign in the modern world.
Hence intsead of beginning a letter with "Sup Cuz?" when writing to one's parents, please refer to Master Bartholomew Gosnold's Letter to his Father in 1602 at the website below. The language, although archaic is highly expressive. In fact most of this website is impressive because it imparts to us an insight we might not have otherwise had. As you know, some of the early years were particularly difficult.
