Stop being such a candy a**. Junior high and early high school kids are supposed to sneak out. Knock the sand out and have fun.
The consequences depend entirely upon the laws in your municipality, and your parents.

What you going to sneak out of...prison??? Some towns and areas have curfews...if you are out after the curfew and if you get caught, they would either give you a ticket or take your tush home, likely BOTH. Even worse they might make your Dad or Mom come and get you.
As far as non-legal consequences...what would your parents do? If something happened that night (vandalism, break in) you might be blamed or at the very least questioned. Your could get cold, a car could run over you, a gang of kids could beat you up...okay, enough sarcasm.
I kind of think if you have this many questions and worries you may not be ready for this rite of passage just yet.

Let me tell you honey of some of the consequences of sneaking out. #1 you could wind up dead.. I live in a part of Texas where several young girls have disappeared or been found dead. As a matter of fact in todays paper a 27 year old lady was found beat to death. Two weeks ago a young teenager was found dead walking home from a Halloween party.Several years ago a friend of mines 15 year grand daughter got mad and walked off . They found her body two weeks later. To this day the person that did it is still out there somewhere. Please Sweetheart don't sneak out because it isn't worth it. I don't want you to remember my words as you are looking up in the face of a rapist or murderer. I'll be praying that you make the right choice.

I'm Canadian, so there's got to be something similar to this in USA. We have an offence called, Public Mischief.
This would apply:
Section 140.
(1) Every one commits public mischief who, with intent to mislead, causes a peace officer to enter on or continue an investigation by
(c) reporting that an offence has been committed when it has not been committed;
I'm sure there's something like this here in the USA.
So "sneaking out" is not an offence, but if you piss off the police officer, they could definitely say you did Publick Mischief by making them have to look for you...
Anyone know of a similar offence in USA?

if you get caught by the police then chances are they will drop you back at your parents house. they may try to scare you until you pee your pants so you don't do it again.
if you are caught trespassing (hanging out on someone elses property) you can get charged in court. you don't want to get caught in the wrong place at the wrong time either. like if someone just broke into a place and you were just hanging out there they could try to pin it on you.
i strongly suggest you just bug your mom and or dad into going out and buying you some new playstation games out of the 10 dollar bin at a used game store.

unless you're doing something illegal, there's not much they can do but knock at your parents' door, wake them up and let them know that they found you out on the street. but just because you won't get in trouble with the cops, you could: end up getting pregnant, raped, hurt, in the hospital, involved in illegal activity not entirely your idea, etc. any more question?

Hopefully your parents will take care of this PROBLEM you have and your IRRESPONSIBLE Attitude and DISRESPECT for their House Rules.
