How does it feel cold one minute and then warm the next? And why does that make aches and pains go away?

As the last answer its heats up so your blood vessels come to the surface, then it turns cold to help 'numb' them. I have been in pain since I was 10yrs. old...I have been in pain 30+yrs 24/7, so a few Mons ago I went threw my medicine cabinet, WOW I had every brand, kind of 'pain rub' even a few they don't make anymore...LOL
What works best for me is 'Aspercream' or' Capsian cream' which it takes you a few days to get use to the 'burning' or hotness of the Caspian cream. I wear a 10-unit many times day & night, so when the 'pads' irratade my skin...I can't use the 'Capision cream'...think about it, IT HURTS. Thats my 2-cents.

the coldness soothes the pain and the hotness relaxes the muscles to make you feel like new! Its great stuff! I love it! But I don't know how it changes from cold to hot, some chemical reaction or something! lol
