Is it possible? How do you do this without becoming a cultist/fanatic? Avoiding people/relationships altogether just doesn't seem reasonable.

You can't.....the true measure of the self is how we handle ourselves through adversity....do we turn to love or not?

Work on your integrity and the things that honestly help you
A moralizing fool such as myself has all the tools most of the time ....Honor is an acquired accomplishment and the ways of goodness and kindness are easily realized yet hard to put into practice when the mind is unwilling. Do what you want if you are smart it's usually what is best for all now and latter on as well .
these kind of thoughts are a dime a dozen but invaluable as positive cognitive content in your brain that 's what becomes a person.

No it is not possible to do such a thing aside from literally moving to a deserted island out in the middle of no where and hoping that no one is living on said island to avoid the same thing. Without evil one cannot define good, and the reverse is also true. There must be both for there to be either of the two, and the extremes of both are horrifyingly similar. One can be so good that they are evil (Spanish Inquisition) and so evil that they are good (no real good historical person to name of top of my head. pun unintended) so what it really boils down to is perspective and that is all.

One doesn't come to a point AT THIS TIME wherein evil is out for good.
Romans 7:18-20.
1 Timothy 6:12 indicates it is an on-going thing.
It is true one cannot avoid relationships altogether.
Proverbs says:
He who is walking with the wise will become wise.
So choose carefully.

You don't. Life is not all rainbows and puppy dogs, even if you became a hermit out in the wilderness bad things will still happen. What matters is your attitude towards it. Learn to make lemons into lemonade and you'll find that evil will have very little power to hurt you.

Stay away from religious people. Stay away from fascists such as far-righters / Conservatives / Republicans. And, use condoms. True goodness hails from true health. We learn about objective goodness through Nature. Seek goodness rather than merely avoid evil.

The more you try to keep it out the harder Satan puhes it toqards you. I have to pray all the time, every word, deed and thought is a prayer to God to keep me from the evil. When evil does come at me, i have God's wisdom and power behind me to conquer it.

You keep evil out of ur life by praying to God, have faith, stand with God, walk with God (Jesus), pray with all ur heart and say to God/Jesus to remove the evil from ur life and stay in a happy world full of peace and faith, u must have faith a courage to let the evil go from ur life. God gives courage. Have Faith. Love God. If you want to exercise ur faith, walk with Jesus. Amen.
Have faith an courage so the evil will go, if u love God and believe in him, the evil will go alone. Have faith and believe in Christ.

there is no way to keep evil out of your life completely, the harder you try the more it tempts you, the best thing to do is try and understand evil, a good, but difficult book is , On Evil, by St. Thomas Aquinas.

The struggle between good and evil doesn't end until this life ends.

Until then, you fight the good fight, apologize to God and repent when you fall short.

Then repeat.
