Race doesn't really matter; we "Caucasian"s are everywhere! Look all the places you might look for an Asian girl, there'll probably be some Caucasians there too looking for a nice guy.

You could use an online dating site. Just type 'dating' into google. Or you could join a club, take a class or something where the people don't take the activity too seriously and there is plenty of time to talk. Clubs where women out-number men are good, such as Salsa dancing.

That's going to be hard. IF you are biased against your own race and specifically want a white girl and not really care if love leads to a non-white then chances are that there are those who just don't like asian boys.
