Assume you mean acne.
Benzyl peroxide topical (cream gel etc) has recently been show to be at least as effective as topical anti-biotics. So look for this as an ingredient and ask at the pharmacy. No product works quickly and you have to be patient and build up from the low strengths or it will really dry and crack your skin.
Having acne / spots has got NOTHING to do with fresh air, fatty diet or lack of exercise this is a total myth. Eating well, getting fresh air, and taking moderate exercise is sound advice, but it will not make one jot of difference to acne.
Acne is caused by the hormone triggered sebum excretion clogging the pores in skin and will of correct itself in time in the vast majority of cases.

What type of spots? IF you're talking about zits try a scrub with salicylic acid, clarifying mask like mary K 1-2 week. Make sure to use a non pore clogging lotion on your face to keep it from drying out with sun block. Don't over wash you face bec if you do your body will produce more oil causing more spots
Make sure you keep your body healthy. Drink that water and increase your fresh fruit & veg use and a mutl vitamin like 1 a day.
If this doesn't help go see your Dr and she/he can give you referral to a dermatologist. They can work wonders.

Use cleanser and toner.
It won't get rid of the spots you have now but it will help prevent anymore from appearing,as it cleans the dirt out of your pores which leads to spots.
I personally recommend superdrug or boots fragrance free cleanser&toner.
I hope I've helped!!
Good Luck!!

Good hygiene - wash regularly
Good diet - plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables; avoid loads of fatty stuff such as chips and burgers, avoid lots of sugary stuff such as sweets, cakes and sweet drinks. Pay a lot of attention to what you are eating - get some books or magazines to help you to choose really good and enjoyable food. Eat regularly, avoid snacking. Drink plenty of water and fruit juice.
Stay healthy - get plenty of sleep and needless to say, avoid excessive alcohol and definitely avoid any (street) drugs.
You don't say how old you are, teenager possibly; as your hormones change, you are likely to find that your spots will gradually disappear

- cleanse, tone and moisturise every morning & evening.
- eat more fresh veg, less in the way of fatty foods, and drink more water.
- do more exercise.
- wear less make-up.
some people are lucky, and don't get spots for long. other people are unucky, and get them for ages. But the steps above should at least reduce them to a more bearable level.

Industrial sander does it for me, painfull but effective.
Other than that a change of diet, drink lots of water, wash well and rinse with cold water to close the pores.
See isn't the sander easier than a change of lifestyle....

toothoaste overnight helps, but check your diet for sugar, wheat and processed food, some may be getting through your otherwise healthy diet and wrecking your skin
