It must spesificaly say no meth for it to be wrong in christianity. If it was important, jesus would have used his magic to see us using it and say many times it is bad.

That is a lie. John 5:16 says jesus enjoys seeing gays burn in fire.

Actually it is not on the money. I could use the same comparison to show that eating, having sex for any reason, or breathing are wrong. The problem is that the comparison is fine under the condition that meth is wrong. This has not been established, and thus, the argument has no basis.

Darling, if god was against drugs of any kind, why did he make so many that grow in the wild?

Well it really sounds to me like you are just trying to justify doing something that you feel is wrong. The Bible does not specifically call out all the different ways that you can kill someone and all the different kinds of people that there are to kill, but it is still generally understood that murder is broad and doesn't need to be subcatergorized. Murder is wrong. Anyhow, in Corinthians the Bible talks about our bodies being temples. You care for your home and you should care for your body. Anything that harms your body like meth would be a sin. Because I am sure that there are arguments, this could go for any multitude of other things. The thing about the Bible is that it is for you to interpret with the help of the Holy Spirit.

No where in the bible does it specifically say not to use meth. However, meth is a man made drug. Poppy was around in the time of Jesus. And you are not supposed defile your temple, your temple being your body. So, just keep doing what you are doing and when all of your teeth fall out, you weigh 80 pounds soak and wet, you look like your 25 years older than you are, then you may wake up. You are rotting your body from the inside out! Is that enough reason not to do meth. God bless

Man it's time you got off the stuff, when you become a christian God tells us He will send His Holy Spirit to come and dwell within us. This means our body has now become a temple where the Holy Spirit dwells, that is why we are to respect what we do with our bodies. Do you need God to spell it out for you ? He has already told you the way to live and how to be "born again" ..By the way Jesus if you knew Him you would know He did not "do magic". He did perform miracles because He was the Son of God and He was God, He did these to bring glory to the Father and to demonstrate to others that they might believe.

1 Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
IF you want to do meth and rot your brain and cover your body in oozing sores, go ahead. But those who become born again Christians know that their bodies no longer belong to them after accepting Jesus as their savior, for it then becomes the temple of the Lord.
Meth is uncleaned.....
Leviticus 7:21 Moreover the soul that shall touch any unclean thing, as the uncleanness of man, or any unclean beast, or any abominable unclean thing, and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which pertain unto the LORD, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.

No. Although the word used for "sorcery" has a meaning associated with mind-altering substances, which did exist in Bible times, there is no specific passage mentioning or spelling out specific names of drugs. There are general principles related to caring for our bodies, following the laws of the land, and using wisdom in making decisions. The New Testament also talks about being taught and led by the Spirit of God. You are free to choose to follow the principles in the Bible or to follow your own wisdom. Good luck with that.

I don't think they knew about meth in those times. The bible doesn't actually have a specific opinion about watching television, either.
But then again that means nothing. If you're not going to do meth, that should have to be for a non-religious reason.

The Scriptures do indicate that the Christian's body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and as such, we should seek to glorify God in our body. Of course, this applies to everything that we put into our body, drugs as well as food.
1 Cor 6:19-20 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.
