Simple.

God didn't make religion.

Man did.

Religion is about respect to your deity - respect is an integral part of culture - culture is our perception of what is acceptable and necessary - therefore religion gives a focus of respect to deity and fellow man - 'false religion' occurs when respect is lost and advantages are taken - this does not mean the religion is flawed, only it's followers...

God didn't make religion, he made relationships. Religion is manmade, relationships are God things.

God doesn't want us all piously down on our knees, genuflecting because we have to. He wants us to share our lives with him, in the way that we share our lives with our families. He wants to celebrate with us in our joys and comfort us in our sorrows.

Many of the laws that you find in the Old Testament, such as food and cleansing laws seem to be more to do with hygiene than the spiritual life.

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

God came first, then man created all those other religions through the guidance and help of satan who uses them to confuse people away from the true word of God. If those other religons do not teach salvation through acceptance of Jesus, they are nof of God , but of satan. Put the blame and responsiblity on satan and not on God.

GOD did not make religion. man made religion to accustom to what they wanted to believe or to make the religion work around their sins so that they could do what they wanted and still be OK with the people of the church. all kinds of religions have come down throu the years. they all have changed from one thing to another to accustom to modern day living.
God just wants for us to love him and obey the teaching that he himself come down here to teach us.

If you are judging religion to be false (which you are entitled to do) you are assuming there is a true standard by which to judge truth. If this standard exists, does it exist apart from man? If so what is it's origin?
