The stories of Jesus written 40 years after his death, being that human beings are not perfect, it would be illogical to believe that they are capable of recording history perfectly and I'm sure a lot was embellished on.

When we sin the punishment is death In the old testement for thier sins to be forgiven something had to die which is why they offered sacrifices But God didnt want sacrifices he wanted to be with His people So He sent Jesus His son and he lived a perfect life and wwas sacrificed on the cross Because he was so perfect and pure that sacrifice wipes out the sin of any sin that anyone commits if they ask for forgivness and repent

In the ancient times, God demanded a blood sacrifice to atone for your sins. The best of the best. An unblemished bull or lamb.
Jesus was the final unblemished sacrifice. He gave his life and his body to be the final blood sacrifice. No longer would we have to atone for our sins by sacrificing on an alter. He died, then he rose again 3 days later, fully man and fully God.

Start by telling them that Jesus is the Son of God, the Perfect Lamb. He was the only truly perfect person that walked the earth. Show them that we all have sinned and need to be forgiven of our sins. (Use the 10 commandments to show them). In every religion, to be forgiven, one must present a sacrifice or an offering to recompense for their sins. Jesus was our sacrifice. When He died on the cross, He became our sacrifice for our sins. God could not accept us because of our sins. Because Jesus died and was our sacrifice, we have now been forgiven by God. When we accept Jesus' death and sacrifice and accept Him into our hearts, we are cleansed. God now looks at us as if we never sinned, because He is looking at us through Jesus, who was pure.
Show them John 3:16 and Romans 6:23
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosover believeth in Him, should not perish but have everlasting life.:
Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Because of our sins, we, by God's law should be punished and the punishment is death. Jesus, our sacrifice, took our place and punishment. He took our wages and gave us the gift of eternal life. He died in our place so we could live.

In the Old Testament they offer up a sacrifice to God, for their yearly sins, Today our Sacrifice has been offer up only One time for all of our sins, The life that is in that blood is what gives us eternal life, Jesus was born by a virgin birth with no sin in him Therefore he as our perfect sacifice, shed that Required Blood that God needed to put on our mantel door Post of our hearts. IT is always The life that is in the blood that has to be shed. It requires a Blood atonement.

Jesus died for our sins on the cross, but that's not the end.............HE ROSE THREE DAYS LATER! It seems like alot of people forget this important detail. Jesus isn't dead and dying on the cross isn't the whole story. Jesus took all of our sins on the cross with Him and by rising from the dead He conquered death and Satan. That's how Jesus saves us from sin.

Romans 5:18+19 should help.
The whole thing is a legal affair ....basically because God is a God of righteousness, justice.
In human terms, one could think of the idea of adoption.
Due to Adam's disobedience, we were sold into sin and its consequences = death.
Jesus, a perfect man (non-disobedient) lost his life.
So, anyone who is adopted by him can inherit what he only can give = eternal life.
Ephesians 1:5
Galations 4:3

He redeemed us back to God after Adam turned us all over to the devil by obeying the devil. See, if we obey God, He is our Father but if we obey the devil, he is our father. Adam made him our father. So God had to redeem us back to Him. He sent His Holy Spirit into the virgin Mary to birth out a redeemer for us, Jesus. His blood had to be Holy. It could not be contaminated with sin. Our blood line comes from our daddy not mother. So Jesus Did not have blood from man. Mary was a virgin pregnated By The Holy spirit. He was beaten and hung and crucified, died and he carried every sin to the cross. On that cross He saw me and you and every person that has ever been born and will ever be born. He carried everyone of yours and mine and everyones sin and sickness to that cross. He died and was resurrected by the power of God. If He did not resurrect we would not have a redeemer. He defeated death, hell and the grave for us. If we believe Him and ask Him to come into us and live and abide He does. We have to mean it from our heart or we are just speaking words. He sees what our spirit says. He did not do it for Himself, He had no sin. He chose to obey God and tell the devil to get lost when he told Him to eat or jump. We need help and He is the only one with power to help us and change us. If we do not let Him fill us with His Holy Ghost we will not hear Him even when He comes after us. His spirit in us will hear him.
