im a boy with dark brown hair, i want blonde higlights. I used this stuff called colour fx-expressions and it didnt show up at all. Can any one help me and tell me which i should use?

color fx with bleach??? highlights or streaks???? if you used bleach and it didn't show up then you didn't leave it on long enough. if you didn't and you are going for highlights, don't use bleach, because it will look like streaks. but if you want streaks, pick up a bleach kit, it will do the trick. the diff between streaks and highlights is that streaks have more of a stark contrast, whereas highlights are meant to blend well with your natural color.

use an ultra light blonde dye. because your hair is dark the streaks wont come out too light, but they would still be blonde.
