About 7 months. My son used to say it in a moan.

Normal 6 months plus some babies don't say mama until they are about 2, then its none stop!!

My daughter started saying it at about 6 months, but didn't quite grasp the meaning and impact of it until a few months later.

It totaly depends on the child.My son -now 2- started talking early,but didn't say mama till he was ca.19months old.He did have other names for me before then though ;-)

That's different for all children. Usually around 8 or 9 months.

It can range any were form 4 months to 1 year. It really depends on your child, and how much time you spend with them.

most babies say Dada first cos mum is with them all the time telling them daddy is gonna be home soon and just generally talking about dad sorry if you hoped mum was gonna be first but its probably not going to happen

My mom says I was a year old, but one of my guy friends claimed he first said it when he was just six months old.

Depends when the child starts talking or making sounds. Can be anything from 6mnths +

well, every baby is different, so there is no moment where you can count down, but i say, about 1 or 2, i m not completly sure. but youll know when he's close, like he or she would be like "ma" or "muhma" hope i helped!
