It sound to me that like she may have Bi-Polar or Intermittent Explosive Disorder, but only a licensed professional can make that diagnosis. She may not even know she is doing these things, so talk to your parents about what is happening. You may want to try to record some of her outbursts to show them. Look for clues as to what triggers her outbursts then try to help her avoid those situations. Your sister will not be happy that you went to your parents and suggested she get some help. There will be resentment and a lot of blame placed onto you. So consider getting some counseling for yourself to help you understand what she is going through and what you can do to help get yourself through this difficult time.

She may have a very serious chemicel imbalance that causes her behavior. Just speak with your parents after you do some research on the internet to find possibilities. Help your parents do the work if they are not doing it already.

She almost sounds like she's been poisoned with some chemical. She definitely needs a doctor. Start with medical, then nobody needs to get offended.
