i want to gain weight for wieght training, is there any other way i can put on weight other than eating loads?

You have to eat above your daily calorie intake. Eating more is the only way to gain the weight you desire. Excess cardio can minimize gains since doing cardio burns calories and occasionally muscle mass in the process. So have a good meal before doing heavy cardio. There are weight gainers on the market but food is a better option. Have a protein shake after a workout for better results. Weight training increases strength, food increases size.

You need to work out what your body needs. You have to eat protien to build them muscles. It is important you work this out other wise you will end up eating too much and get fat, or you will not eat enough and and be lifting all those weights for nothing. Get someone who knows how to work this stuff out in your local gym, it would be worth even paying a bit to get that advise.

Try health food shops. They sell weight gain mixtures.

Eat eat eat eat eat! Specially chocolate! Don't do any exercise. But dint get too over weight!
