A regular first-class 39 cent stampl will do if it weighs an ounce or less. The USPS allows you to calculate online at :http://postcalc.usps.gov/

It depends on how big it is and how fast you want it sent. If it's just a standard letter, you can use the standard first class 39 cent stamp. If it's bigger then you need to get the post office to weigh it and put postage on it. If you want it there faster or want delivery confirmation there are many options for that as well.
If it is a large envelope or you want it specially delivered, you will need to speak with your post office. You can also go to www.usps.gov to see what all options they have available.
But if it's just a letter and you don't need it there in a hurry, just put a 39 cent stamp on it and it should get there within 10 days.
I hope this helps.
