Let's face it.. by the time someone's walking out the door, it's been over for some time so I would say, as soon as you hit the bottom step.

Are you in midlife??? I would suggest you ask youself what's next in line after you're through playing around... It gets old after a while; then what... If your answer is well, get married, etc.. I suggest you take another look at what you are potentially giving up forever..
If you are set on "banging"... how much experience do you have in that arena??? It's a completely different rule book ya know.
If you're comfortable giving up your mate, and feel confident in seperating the good-ones from the bad-ones.. ENJOY ASAP... integrity is not an issue; It's all about being happy in life and enjoying whatever you're doing.

If you've finally agreed to separate verbally, you can continue banging with integrity just as you did before you agreed to separate verbally.....Integrity??? Don't you really mean without feeling shame or guilt? When you BANG someone its impossible to , "do it" with integrity. Maybe you should try to climb up the evolutionary ladder and a) Have sex with someone, rather than do the bang, bang thing... or b) make love,. All that BANGING must get really repetitious after you reach a certain level of maturity.
