Wherever we go, she must stand out, be the centre of attention and everything is her rules. I MEAN EVERYTHING! I'm soft and caring but she's now starting to take the mick out of my good nature. Should I part-ex her for a lower maintenance one now or wait until it hurts?

Well you don't want to wait until it hurts or until your way in too deep, cause then it will just be worse! But you can't really ask everyone else for the opnion on this one, cause i mean its really your heart that tells you weither or not to stay with the girl. Sorry if this is not what your looking for, but its kinda true. If your heart tells you that you need to break up with her then do it, but think about it, do you really want to break up with her? Really only you can answer this one.

Good Luck

It's a bit cliche, but truly good relationships are a 50/50 deal. There's certainly a lot of give and take when dating, but if you're the one doing all the giving and her the taking, that's not a good mix.

I would guess that her personality is likely the result of ultimately being an insecure person, and this is what helps her deal with it.

This isn't one of those things you can just bring-up to her and not have her get defensive over - "Hey - we need to talk about how selfish you are..." usually isn't a good ice-breaker for a discussion on your relationship. But still, if you care for her, it might be worth a shot to at least try and address it.

Bottom-line though, if you're not getting the respect and attention you feel you deserve from her, it's never going to work-out anyway. Cut your losses now and move-on, you'll be much happier in the long run.

When it comes to drama queens nothing you will ever do will make her happy. Thats why she wants sooo much attention because shes never happy with her life. Believe me I had a friends like that. She always cried for no reason and she would start fights with me for no reason until the point were I could not take it anymore. And when she had a boyfriend she would always drive him away because she has to fight over something and if everything was going perfectly with her and boyfriend she would break up with him because theres always something wrong!Your gf seems like one of those people that can never be satisfied. So its better to get out now before you get hurt in the end.

Naw u need to quit being too nice to her and put ur foot down! Shes going to keep doing it because ur not being in control or being a man. Im not saying hit her yell at her just be a genleman about it and if she dont get the point leave her cuz she wants to be in control when i say in control not controlling her every move and etc. but all shes doing is embrassing u and especially herself so leave even though it will hurt you will save urself from alot of drama then pray for her

I would say first try the rational approach and tell her what's borthering you, but if she is as bad as you describe her, let her go and find a girl that suits you better! It will hurt, but time heals everything!! and there are plenty of fish in the sea, including the right one for you!

Sounds like you don't have too much respect for her, so.......

"50 Ways To Leave Your Lover

The problem is all inside your head
She said to me
The answer is easy if you
Take it logically
I’d like to help you in your struggle
To be free
There must be fifty ways
To leave your lover

She said it’s really not my habit
To intrude
Furthermore, I hope my meaning
Won’t be lost or misconstrued
But I’ll repeat myself
At the risk of being crude
There must be fifty ways
To leave your lover
Fifty ways to leave your lover

You just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don’t need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don’t need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself free

She said it grieves me so
To see you in such pain
I wish there was something I could do
To make you smile again
I said I appreciate that
And would you please explain
About the fifty ways

She said why don’t we both
Just sleep on it tonight
And I believe in the morning
You’ll begin to see the light
And then she kissed me
And I realized she probably was right
There must be fifty ways
To leave your lover
Fifty ways to leave your lover"

Get out while you still have your self respect and friends. Ask yourself what you expect to get out of continuing the relationship?

Cut your losses and find someone who you can have a 2 way relationship with where there will be a level of mutual respect.
