Via danorum was a history of the Danes which influenced Shakespeare's Hamlet. It's possible that Viadana means the road of the Dane (woman).

Many latin to english dictionaries do not seem to have the word as you have written it.

It sounds like an Italianized name.

Via is a road or a passageway.

There doesn't seem to be a translation for "dana"

I suppose it could be a corruption of "dona" or "donna" which mean "gift" and "lady" respectively.

I actually looked it up and Viadana doesn't seem to be a Latin word.
