From your quiz, I would say the child's development would most affected by tye quality of parenting and care the child receives from adults.
Children's main activity is growing in every sense. You are establishing the foundations for a healthy adult be it physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially. The kind of nourishment you provide the child in each of those aspects is what will make them the kind of adult they will become from the DNA they have.

D -- Being wealthy doesn't make someone a good parent. Not all kids go to preschool, and no one cares if a kid is a member of the country club. What does matter is the stimulation and care a child receives before entering school.

D would be the answer if the parents were conscientious, but if they weren't then the child's development would fall on the other choices, unfortunately.

For instance, if you were very rich but spent no time on your kids, their development would come from nannies, baby sitters and the private schools they attended. If you were poor and didn't set a good example for your child it might be that they learn from the society around them and the government schools they attend.

Overall, nothing beats good parenting no matter how rich or poor you are. These days too many kids are being raised by the government schools and that's disastrous.

C and D but not in that order. Children who have attentive loving parents less involved with getting that second bmw or summer house do better, if they are loved, (not spoiled) and go to bed every night( even if they are mad at you) knowing they are loved...they will grow up healthy and happy in the head.
