ThighMaster, anyone?

Question

Going through some bins looking for something else, I came across a ThighMaster I got from a neighbor years ago when she moved and was getting rid of stuff.

Has anyone used this device with good results?

I have been trying to find one for years because I heard great things about it.. but to my dismay it is out of production now.
